What are your responsibilities? 

​

  • Creating strategies grounded in deep understanding of business fundamentals and fueled by powerful insights that help our clients grow their business and win. Leveraging data of all sorts to build powerful arguments that de-risk new horizons and build confidence for bold decision making. 

​

  • Develop and refine the skill sets foundational to the strategy discipline, data discovery, consumer research, cultural analysis, brand and media strategy, brief writing, etc.

​

  •  Serve as a source of data and analysis on brand and consumer issues for both clients and dentsu team members

​

  • Uncover and curate actionable consumer insights in collaboration with analytics, research, and brand teams

​

  • Help define the clients’ strategy (objectives, audiences, messaging, platforms) in collaboration with client and media teams

​

  •  Working alongside paid media team to define and achieve annual acquisition and requisition targets and budgets

​

  • Foster strong relationship with marketing clients to help them create impact

​

  • Thrive in a collaborative work environment in which ideas are sharpened together

​

  •  Proactively seek out for opportunities to make the work (and the world) better

​

Job Requirements: 

​

  • Bachelor's degree from a leading university

​

  • 1-2 years of experience in strategic planning in advertising / consulting firm / digital agencies.

​

  •  Work experience as research assistant/ teaching assistant in university - an advantage

​

  •   Fluent English – Must

​

  •   Understanding of the online advertising industry and a passion for communication, advertising and media industries

​

  • Constant learning mindset with strong self-learning abilities

​

  • Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to details.

​

  •   Ability to prioritize, deliver and execute in fast-paced environment

​

  •    Strong written and communication skills

​

  •    Effective time-management skills - Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
