a Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager will lead pre and post sales activities, collaborating with dentsu
offices worldwide and their clients to deliver
dentsu Israel’s data and analytics solutions, ensuring seamless onboarding, customization, and long-term client success.
​
What are your responsibilities?

​

  • Outreach and global collaboration: Partner with dentsu offices worldwide and their clients to promote and implement dentsu Israel’s data and analytics solutions.
     

  • Pre-sales ownership: Conduct needs assessments, identify client requirements and technical gaps, deliver tailored demos, and manage commercial aspects such as NDAs, ICPAs, and SOWs.
     

  • Client onboarding: Lead the technical onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
     

  • Post-sales management: Provide ongoing technical support to client queries in collaboration with the data and development team, manage client success initiatives, and ensure high satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
     

  • Solution customization: Gather and define business and system requirements to configure and tailor solutions for optimal performance and alignment with client goals.
     

  • Strategic partnership: Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, internal teams, and global dentsu partners to ensure project success and continuous improvement.
     

  • Client growth planning: Identify client roadmaps, forecast future needs, and proactively recommend enhancements to support scalability and long-term value.

     

  • Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar client-facing technical role, preferably in Adtech, digital marketing, or marketing SaaS.
     

  • Proven experience in pre-sales and post-sales processes, including requirements gathering, solution customization, and client onboarding.
     

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
     

  • Strong technical understanding of marketing analytics platforms, data integrations, or digital campaign technologies - an advantage.
     

  • Experience with data visualization and analytics solutions such as PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, etc.
     

  • Hands-on experience with SQL - an advantage.
     

  • Basic understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, and database solutions (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake) - an advantage.
     

  • Fluent English, with strong communication and presentation skills; additional languages are an advantage.
     

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships across global teams and diverse markets.
     

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
